No. Our starting point is not replacing people.

AI may automate suitable tasks, but responsibility, risk and accountability remain with people. We use AI to improve understanding, judgment, consistency and confidence before increasing automation.

Real work is not the same as software code. Some digital tasks can be repeated, tested or rolled back easily. Client confirmation, payment, contractual approval and external submission may be difficult or impossible to undo.

A reliable workflow must distinguish between safe automation, expected waiting, abnormal delay, verification points and irreversible actions.

A Technical Coach watches the work with you and guides you one step at a time. It can explain what is on the screen, identify the next action, recognise normal waiting time, detect likely errors and help diagnose problems.

The aim is not to hide the process from the user. It is to help the user understand and complete it confidently.

An AI Agile Coach helps a person or team make work visible, improve collaboration and learn from experience. It can identify delays, repeated rework, unclear responsibilities, unnecessary handovers and weak decision points.

It does not force every organisation into the same framework or create cross-functional teams without clear purpose, authority and accountability.

These approaches can work together. Coaching establishes understanding and trust; carefully selected automation can follow later.

Low-risk and repeatable tasks are usually the best starting point: searching, organising information, drafting, summarising, formatting, checking, data extraction and preparing documents for review.

Higher-risk actions should include checkpoints, approval, version history and a clear recovery method.

Each step can be assessed by asking:

• Can this action be undone?
• Does it change the outside world?
• Is another person responsible for approving it?
• Should the current state be saved first?
• Does it require a second check?

Sending an email, confirming payment, signing a contract or submitting official information should not be treated like editing a temporary file.
